This course aims to provide training for candidates who are designated to launch and take charge of a fast rescue boat operation in accordance to STCW with Section A-VI/2 par. 7 to par.10.

Certificate
On successful completion of the course and demonstration of competence a certificate is issued in accordance with regulation VI/2 par. 2 certifying that the holder has met the standards of competence specified in table A-VI/2 par. 7 to par. 10 of the STCW 2010.
